Nope, this is not another site in the Google universe but rather Krugle, a search engine that lets programmers search for code. I used to run a project at Baxter called the "Clearinghouse" that provided a searchable repository of reusable Java/JSP code for developers to share best-demonstrated practices as well as samples of code. I've recreated a part of that site on one of my home servers to demonstrate the functionality.
