Bert Rattan captured my imagination when he won the X-Prize with his private space craft. Now he's partnering with Virgin Galactic is offering we mortals a chance to fly into space for a fee ($200,000, but, hey, it's only money!). I'm saving my pennies for the trip, are you?













February 17th update: I found another way to get into space. Oracle, a database company, is giving away one free ride to internet developers who complete their on-line tutorial and answer a quiz. (I'm posting a link to their quiz, in case anyone wants to take it for me! ;-) I'll start working on that angle ASAP!
