Quantitating Cows' Role in Smog-Who thought THIS one up?

Conclusion-Cows aren't such bad polluters as originally thought, with 60% of the "volatile organic compounds" (the dreaded VOC's) coming when the cows belch during rumination. I'm just glad I didn't have to clean this "bio-bubble"!
