Hey, What Up World????
Hey World!!!!! This is Kim here, reporting for duty.*salutes* My dad is fairly insistent that our family join the rest of the world in this crazy phaze, so here I am. In case you are wondering, my dad is slightly crazy (but I'm sure most of you already knew that).
Anywho, I thought that I should write something in here and give my dad a break from his duties for a brief moment whilst he tends to our spoiled (yet loveable) pooch.
I am just preparing for the dreaded....FINALS!!!!! *NOOOOOOOOOO! I WON'T DO IT! YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!!...Well, if you insist* And, knowing myself, I will spend hours upon hours studying for them, squeezing EVERY LAST PIECE of InFoRmAtIon into my rather small head, and then, upon arrival, promptly forget every last one. *sighs* And just out of curiousity, I pose this question to the world: WHY????? Why do you feel the need to do this to us, teachers? What have we ever done to deserve this? (Ok, maybe it was the spitballs or the frog in your desk-But it was just that once, I swear!) But more importantly, ow does cramming silly facts and formulas into our heads for one week show you what we have learned? I don't get it!!
Wow, that was a long and silly rant. I am moving on to more interesting and involving topics. *moves on* Umm...let's see. I am very busy in my school life (as is evidence by above topic) (which I was moving on from) and I enjoy all of my rather superfluous extracurriculars. For those of you creepy internet stalkers who don't recieve the yearly Christmas novel (just joking around Dad ;) ), I am currently involved in: The Sophomore Journal (school newspaper where I am the Opinions Editor), Knitting Club (more affectionately known as Knitwits, I also am the co-head of this club), Scholastic Bowl (aka a bunch of nerdy boys + me meeting to show off our superior knowledge of useless random facts), Latin Club ( :) ), and Family Matters (a service club that goes downtown once a week to tutor underpriveleged children). *Wipes off forehead* Whew. I am a very busy person.
My sister, as you all probably know, went back to college recently for her second semester of freshman year at Case Western Reserve University (Look it up! It really does exist, I tell you!) Plus, I am working towards my license (no, not my liquor license~it's not like I own Coyote Ugly or something!) and I might just get to use my sibling's car while she is otherwise preoccupied... *contemplates* I don't know...If you're reading this Sarah, that was just a joke!! *Laughs nervously before looking wildly around her for suspicious people*
I had better end this soon so that my mother will stop worrying about my study habits..."Good night, good night/ Parting is such sweet sorrow/ That I shall say goodnight/ Till it be morrow" I think that's right....
Anywho, signing out ~Kim
PS-Those of you who can simultaneously read this and send me an email had better do so...pwetty pwease???????? :) THANK YOU!!!
FUN SIGHT TO SEE!!! Just a very humorous waste of time...

Hey what's up Megan? My finals just ended today (or is it yesterday? i dk what time it is...) and I dk how I did...hopefully i did well...but who knows. they are very impt. and can count up to 20% of your final grade. Our entire school shuts down for a week or so and only does finals testing and studying for aforementioned curses...
Glad you joined us, I was afraid that I was the only female geek in this family...guess not... :)
